Advocacy
- CBC serves the business community as your collective voice to City Hall.
- CBC initiated an audit of city records that resulted in the recommendations contained in the Scheper Report, incorporating procedures to enhance the city's efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness, with the ultimate goal being a reduced payroll tax.
- CBC, in cooperation with the City of Covington, established the Renaissance Covington Program, and continues to be actively involved on its Board of Directors.
- CBC hosts forums and debates on issues affecting our community, from zoning and traffic issues, to election and policy matters.
- Problem? CBC is a broker of resources and contacts from, who to call at City Hall to what's going on around the corner ... chances are CBC has the answer.
Networking
"If you want to get the most from you CBC Membership investment, volunteer to serve on one of CBC's diverse committees."
