CBC 2006 Annual Award Nominations
CBC is
accepting nominations for the CBC Annual Awards, which will be presented at the
2006 Covington Business Council Annual Awards Dinner Meeting in August.
CBC would like to invite our members to nominate deserving individuals or
businesses for the awards listed below. Please answer the questions on the
nomination form below. Nominations must be received by July 15,
2006. Please keep in mind that each nomination will be considered
individually based on the criteria outlined for each award.
Mike Partin Community Leadership Award:
1. Individual must be a community leader in some capacity;
2. The Covington community, whether business, religious,
government, or civic, must have been
a priority in the award winner’s mind;
3. Through the work, volunteerism, and/or life of this
individual, the City of Covington has been a better place to live, work,
and/or visit.
Ralph V. Haile, Jr. Outstanding Achievement Award:
1. Individual must be a CBC Board Member;
2. Demonstrated exceptional service on behalf of
the Covington Business Council;
3. Sacrificed a considerable amount of time and
energy for the benefit of Covington;
4. Provided leadership;
5. Accomplished something, either tangible or intangible,
that dramatically improved the City of Covington and/or the Covington
Business Council.
Outstanding
Established Business of the Year Award:
1.
Business must be a member of the CBC;
