Timothy Schroeder,  CTI, Chief Executive Officer

Timothy Schroeder, CEO and Founder of CTI, has over 35 years of clinical, academic, and industry experience in global drug and device development programs. CTI, founded in 1999, is a multi-national research firm with associates in North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia-Pacific. The firm has supported more than 100 drug and device approvals, and currently works on behalf of approximately 120 global pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Prior to founding CTI, Tim held numerous faculty positions with the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He was also the founding Executive Vice President of Clinical Development at SangStat Medical Corporation, which went public in 1995. Tim is currently a board member for over a dozen corporate and non-profit organizations, including Xavier University, which he attended. Tim was named as an EY Entrepreneur of the Year in 2015 and was recognized as Top Leader by the Enquirer Media in 2016.
 
Patrick Henshaw, Cintrifuse, Director of Development for Kenton County  

Patrick Henshaw is the Director of Development for Cintrifuse a $57 Million Venture Capital Fund of Funds that facilitates innovation, investment and new technologies from startups to Big Companies. Patrick also serves as the Entrepreneur-in-Residence for BGV a female focused venture building non-profit based in the heart of Northern Kentucky. Patrick was also previously the co-founder and COO of Strap where he managed operations and business development including strategic partnerships. Patrick graduated from West Point and earned his masters in engineering. Both Airborne and Ranger qualified he served as an engineer officer leading troops in Afghanistan, then came back stateside to serve as the Aide-de-Camp for two Major Generals and run a $36 Billion program for the Department of Defense. Before Strap, Patrick was the COO at crosstek solutions where he helped deliver technologies that involved streaming data in both the software and hardware space from fiber optic cables in the Pacific Ocean to wearables on the wrists of people in over 150 different countries.


Natasia Malaihollo, CEO and Co-Founder at Wyzerr

Natasia Malaihollo is the CEO and Co-Founder at Wyzerr, a startup technology company that builds playful, gammified customer feedback surveys utilizing artificial intelligence. Wyzerr is Ms. Malaihollo’s second start-up. In 2012, she co-founded Sooligan, a mobile app to digitalize word-of-mouth. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Ms. Malaihollo studied law, with a focus on Intellectual Property (IP) and Technology. She worked for several years as an IP specialist and trademark agent, prosecuting patent applications for companies like IBM and Samsung. Ms. Malaihollo studied Computer Science and Legal Studies at UC Berkeley.
